Please bear in mind these comments from Franca de Kort of Brill: "you are NOT required to prepare an author's PDF. In fact we advise not to do this, as the Brill standards are quite high and it is a time consuming process. The typesetter will convert the manuscript into Brill style. If you use special fonts, you can send them along with the manuscript in separate files. Brill will take care of making the front matter."
